2. Business Relationship & Structure
Nomadical Tracks is an Independent Travel Consultant with Jamie Wake Travel (a trading name of Wake Enterprises Limited).
Under this structure:
- Jamie Wake Travel is responsible for travel booking fulfilment, financial processing, and supplier contracting
- Nomadical Tracks is responsible for marketing, content creation, customer engagement, and pre-booking communications
Content produced by Nomadical Tracks operates within this independent marketing and consultancy function and does not override contractual arrangements made through Jamie Wake Travel.
3. Content Creation & Use of AI
Nomadical Tracks may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in the creation, refinement, or optimisation of content.
This may include:
- Drafting or structuring written content
- SEO optimisation and keyword refinement
- Idea generation and content planning
- Supporting marketing or editorial production workflows
All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by Nomadical Tracks before publication.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that all published content is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe intellectual property rights or misrepresent travel products or services.
AI tools are used as a support mechanism only and do not replace human editorial oversight.
4. Content Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, all content created by Nomadical Tracks is owned by Nomadical Tracks, including:
- Website content and blogs
- Marketing campaigns and email content
- Social media posts and creative assets
- Brand design elements and editorial materials
Third-party use or reproduction of content without permission is not permitted.
5. Image, Video & Media Sourcing
Nomadical Tracks uses a combination of licensed, original, and partner-supplied media.
This includes:
- Royalty-free stock imagery from licensed platforms
- Media provided by hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs), where usage rights have been granted for promotional purposes
- Original content created by Nomadical Tracks or its representatives
- User-generated content where explicit permission has been obtained
We take reasonable steps to ensure that all media used is properly licensed or authorised for commercial use.
We do not knowingly use copyrighted material without permission.
Where partner-supplied content is used, we rely on confirmation that the provider holds appropriate usage rights.
If any content is found to be used in error without valid rights, it will be removed or replaced promptly upon notification.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Where users or customers submit or share content (including images, video, or testimonials), we may request permission to use such content for marketing purposes.
UGC will only be used where:
- Explicit permission has been granted
- The user has the legal right to share the content
- Usage rights have been clearly agreed
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Marketing & Communications
Nomadical Tracks manages all marketing communications independently, including:
- Email newsletters
- Social media content
- Website marketing materials
- WhatsApp communications (where consent is provided)
All marketing communications are sent only where valid consent has been obtained or where otherwise permitted under UK GDPR.
Users may opt out at any time.
8. Website Content & Editorial Standards
Website content is created for informational and marketing purposes only.
This includes:
- Travel guides and destination content
- Editorial articles and blog posts
- SEO-optimised content and resources
While we aim for accuracy, travel information may change, and final booking terms are always confirmed by Jamie Wake Travel and relevant suppliers.
9. Social Media & Public Communications
Nomadical Tracks manages its own social media channels and public-facing communications.
We may:
- Publish travel inspiration and editorial content
- Share promotional materials and campaigns
- Repost approved partner or user-generated content
We do not act on behalf of Jamie Wake Travel unless explicitly authorised.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All original content created by Nomadical Tracks is protected under UK copyright law.
This includes written content, branding, imagery, design assets, and marketing materials.
Unauthorised reproduction or use of content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Content & Attribution
Where required, appropriate attribution will be given for third-party content used under licence or permission.
This may include hotel imagery, supplier marketing materials, or licensed media assets.
Attribution will follow the relevant licence terms or usage agreements.
12. Data Protection in Communications
All personal data used in content, marketing, and communications is handled in accordance with:

Nomadical Tracks is responsible for marketing and communications data, while Jamie Wake Travel is responsible for booking-related data.

Content may include links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites and recommend reviewing their policies separately.
